A budget that warns you early
Decide how much goes to grocery, bills, school fees and the rest. Every line shows planned against spent, and turns amber or red before the month gets away from you.
One line per need, for each person
Set a planned amount for each category and who it is for: Grocery for Home, School fee for your daughter, Pocket money for you. Lines sit under groups like Food, Bills and Kids, so you can see a whole area at a glance.
- Groups roll up automatically
- Filter the page by person
- Add a note to any line
Amber when close, red when over
Everyday categories turn amber at 90% of the plan and red once they pass it. The dashboard lists exactly which lines are over and by how much, so you fix the right thing.
- Critical and warning alerts on the dashboard
- Spending outside the budget is flagged too
- Income left unplanned, shown on the Budget page
Next month in one tap
Most months look alike. Copy last month's plan, then change only what changed. On a laptop the budget becomes a clean table with planned, spent, left and progress for every line.
- Copies your latest plan
- Planned, spent and left per line and per group
- Works the same on phone and desktop
About budget
Can I track spending for each family member?
Yes. Add the people in your household and choose who each expense was for. Budgets, filters and the dashboard can all be broken down by person.
Do I have to set up the budget every month?
No. Copy any earlier month's plan in one tap and adjust only what changed.
Do loans affect my budget?
No. Loan payments never count against budget lines, so a large installment does not make a category look overspent. They do count in Cash flow.
