Can I track my business too?
Yes, on Pro. Add a business profile and it gets its own dashboard with sales, costs, profit, bank and cash accounts, invoices and staff salaries, all kept apart from your household. See business profiles.
Can my staff or partner sign in?
Yes. Invite them to the business profile with a role: co-owner, can add, or view only. They see only that business, never your household. How many people you can add depends on your plan.
Who can see my data?
Your entries are private to your account unless you use a sharing or team feature. Someone you share one loan or one person with can only view that item. A business team sees what their role allows. Your data is never sold or used for advertising. See the security page and the privacy policy.
